Halibut Fingers - cooking recipe

1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut halibut into fingers, 2 x 2 x 4-inch. Combine olive oil and garlic into a bowl. Combine the cheese and the bread crumbs. Dip the halibut into the oil mixture and then roll in the bread crumbs mixture. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake in a 500\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
