Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. diced celery
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. real butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Drain clams and pour juice over cut up vegetables.
Add enough water to barely cover top of vegetables.
Cook until tender (20 minutes).
