Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. regular flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. commercial lite sour cream
2 peeled, diced apples or fresh sliced peaches or 1 c. blueberries or 2 c. diced rhubarb sweetened with an extra 1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Grease (spray) a 9-inch tube pan with removable bottom.
In a small bowl, mix chopped nuts, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar.
