Boiled Beef International(To Be Made The Day Before Using) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lb. beef
    2 envelopes instant beef broth mix (Herb-Ox)
    dash of liquid Tabasco
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 medium onions, halved
    3 c. boiling water
    3 sprigs parsley
    2 tsp. celery flakes
    4 peppercorns
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in the boiling water; add all ingredients (except beef).
    Bring to a boil.
    When boiling, add the beef and simmer until fork-tender, 3 to 4 hours.
    Chill meat in the broth overnight; skim off any fat.
    Next day, reheat.
