German Chocolate Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed.
In another bowl, whip the softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs.
Pour 1/2 of batter into 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
Pour cream cheese mixture slowly on top and then pour rest of cake mix over the cream cheese mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
On top (each serving) put dollop of whipped cream and maraschino cherry.
