Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use a casserole dish.
    Layer 1/2 bag of chips on bottom of pan.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Mix soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes with onion and chicken.
    Layer over chips.
    Put cheese over mixture and put a layer of chips over soup and chicken mix.
    Add more cheese over chips, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
