Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until light.
Add sugar gradually and then vanilla.
When blended, add flour that has been sifted together with baking power and salt.
Fold in egg whites that have been whipped until stiff, but not dry.
