Pink Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 Tbsp. salad dressing
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar, cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
Mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Place paper baking cups in muffin pans.
Fill with salad mixture. Freeze.
When frozen, remove from muffin pans and store in plastic bags (or freezer containers) in freezer.
Serve frozen or very slightly thawed.
