Pink Stuff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. semi-frozen cranberries
1/2 c. sugar or Equal (equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Grind the cranberries in food processor. Place in plastic or glass container with sugar or Equal. Stir well and refrigerate overnight or all day. Drain the pineapple and fold into cranberries. Add pecans. Fold all into the Cool Whip. Chill. Serve anytime of year or at your holiday get-togethers.
