Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    crushed crackers, chips or bread crumbs, etc.
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until half done. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of margarine.
    Mix well all ingredients, except crackers and rest of margarine.
    Pour into buttered casserole bowl.
    Top mixture with crackers and pour remaining margarine on top.
