Company Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked chicken
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place chicken and mushrooms over potatoes.
Stir together remaining ingredients except almonds and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
