Grand Marnier Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
3 large eggs, separated
1/3 c. Grand Marnier
2 1/2 c. cake flour (not self-rising)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/3 c. orange juice (fresh)
2 Tbsp. sugar
confectioners sugar
Preparation
-
Grease a 9-inch tube pan.
Line bottom with a circle of wax paper (in which a hole has been cut out at the center to accommodate the tube) and grease it.
Lightly dust bottom and sides with breadcrumbs and tap to remove excess.
Set aside.
