Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Beat together oil, eggs and sugar.
Sift together the next 5 ingredients.
Add dry ingredients; mix.
Add apples; mix well. Stir in nuts and 1 cup morsels.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle remaining morsels over batter.
(Use a complete 12-ounce bag in cake.)
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
