Chicken Enchiladas Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large carton sour cream
1 can green chilies, diced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 doz. corn tortillas
grated cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken; debone and chop in pieces.
Save the broth.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the tortillas.
Cut tortillas in fourths and fold them into mixture.
Add enough broth to moisten and add flavor.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
