Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 slices Swiss cheese
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. ham, diced
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half cream
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust.
    Sprinkle with broccoli, mushrooms and ham.
    Blend next 4 ingredients in blender. Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    4 to 6 servings.
