Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely chopped tart apples
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Add egg, sour cream, flavoring and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add apples; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
