Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 onion, chopped
    2 qt. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 lb. butter
    salt and pepper
    green peas
Preparation
    Mix salmon, eggs, crumbs, onion and seasonings.
    Form into patties and fry until brown.
    Make sauce by melting butter.
    Add flour to make paste.
    Add milk to make a white sauce.
    Season and add peas last.
    Cover fried patties with sauce.
