Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
    Add the beef and cook, stirring, until beef is light brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
