Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except vinegar and pie shells.
    Add the vinegar to the mixture.
    Pour into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes, or until brown.
