Tomato Flitter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 slices tomato
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    In a frying pan, let oil set on stove eye until you mix the flour and water, then fry until golden brown.
    Put in plate and cut in half.
    On one half, put mayonnaise and on the other half put your tomatoes.
    Salt it and put it together.
    Eat and enjoy!
