Pyracantha Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. berries
    3 pt. water
    juice of 1 small grapefruit
    juice of 1 small lemon
    1 pkg. powdered pectin (essential, will not jell)
    5 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil berries and water in kettle 20 minutes.
    Add juices and drain mixture through jelly bag.
    Do not squeeze.
    This should be sufficient to make 4 to 4 1/2 cups juice.
    Add powdered pectin according to directions on package and then add sugar.
