Muffin Toppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 English muffin, split and toasted
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped or 2 slices ham
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend butter and mustard; spread on muffin halves. Divide ham between muffins.
    Top with cheese.
    Place on micro-proof plate and cook on 55 (Defrost) for 2 minutes.
    Let stand 1 minute before serving.
