Spinach Cottage Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spinach may also be steamed or cooked in the microwave. Combine
spinach,
eggs
and cottage cheese; place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Do not prepare ahead of time unless you cook it; eggs will separate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
