South Of The Border (Dip)(Oh So Easy, Oh So Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
    1 small can chili (no beans)
    1 small can diced Ortega chilies
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 dash garlic
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    6 1/2 oz. crab meat or 1 small can
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. cream-style horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese (cubed)
    2 cans plain chili, without beans
    1 small can diced chili peppers
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    large fresh mushrooms
    hot sausage (a la Jimmy Dean)
Preparation
    Place (mound) raw sausage in cleaned mushroom cavities; bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
    Be sure to place mushrooms on drip pan so some of the fat can drip away.
