Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. water
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. raisins and or nuts
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar.
Mix well.
Add pumpkin, water and oil and mix again.
Then add dry ingredients and mix.
For baking, use 4 one pound round coffee cans or 2 loaf pans.
Do not grease cans. Pour mixture into cans.
Fill to half way mark.
