Four Winds Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. curry
    1/4 c. cream or milk
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and water chestnuts in oil until onion is soft.
    Add tuna and parsley; stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Combine soup, curry, and cream.
    Stir in tuna mixture and noodles.
    Reserve 1/2 cup noodles for the top.
    Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with reserved noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned.
