Cornmeal Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can corn kernels (undrained)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped red and green pepper
    1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
