Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 can Veg-All
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. rice
4 slices cheese
Preparation
-
Boil chicken and debone.
Add Veg-All, both soups, onion and Ro-Tel.
Cook rice and then add to ingredients.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
