Swiss Whipped Cream - Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. golden raisins, plumped
1 3/4 c. sifted regular all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat the cream until very soft peaks are formed; beat in the egg and sugar until thoroughly blended.
Mix in the grated peel, nuts and raisins.
Blend the flour, baking powder and salt; fold into the cream-sugar mixture.
Turn batter in a greased (bottom only) 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes or until done.
Cool bread 15 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely.
