Corn Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cans cream-style corn
1 c. water or turkey broth
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix (large bag)
4 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
Add onion and celery. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan or dish (you might want to spray with Pam).
You can also dribble butter or turkey broth over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness.
