Quick And Easy Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 egg
chocolate stars (optional)

Preparation

Mix sugar, peanut butter and egg together.
Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Dip bottom of small glass into sugar and press on ball to flatten into round cookie shape. Repeat with each ball.
Each cookie may be topped with chocolate star or crisscrossed with fork tines.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
