German Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green apple, halved, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    8 egg whites or egg substitute equal to 4 eggs
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. oat bran cereal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Spray an ovenproof glass
    casserole dish with Pam.
    Mix the apples, sugar, applesauce and spices.
    Spread in glass casserole dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes to partially cook the apples.
