Cottage Cheese Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
    Whirl to blend. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to bring out best flavor. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
