Blender Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. pared, seeded cucumbers
    3/4 c. skinned seeded tomatoes
    1/4 c. condensed consomme or water
    1/2 tsp. chopped red pimiento
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Blend together 2 to 3 minutes cucumbers, tomatoes, consomme or water and pimiento.
    Add and blend for a shorter time the olive oil.
    Add, but do not blend, as the flavor would be too strong the chopped chives.
    Season to taste.
    Serve by pouring the broth over 2 ice cubes.
    Makes about 1 cup.
