Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Bring to a boil.
Pour over the dough and apples.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
