Ingredients

2 or more large bananas
1 large whipped topping
2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 sticks oleo, softened
Preparation

Mix coconut, sugar and flour. Add soft oleo and bake on cookie sheet until light brown at 300 degrees. Stir often and don't let burn, cool. Spread 1/2 of crumb mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Then spread half of pudding onto crumbs. Then slice half of bananas on pudding, then half of whipped topping. Repeat second layer as first.
