Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 whole chicken wings (about 4 lb.)
2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. Place wings in a large resealable heavy-duty plastic bag or 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
