Potato Casserole Brunch Or Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes and combine with butter in a large bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly.
    Pour in buttered casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
