Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
1 c. water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. sweetener
1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 slice 40 calorie bread
cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except bread in blender.
Pour into baking dish.
Break up bread and place on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minutes.
