Karen Long'S Nut Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 c. flour (I use 4)
3/4 c. Crisco or a little more
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast with a little sugar and water
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar or a little more
3/4 c. warm milk
Preparation

Beat flour, Crisco and salt together.
Put yeast mixture and eggs all together and mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
In morning, let it set out for about 10 minutes.
Put dough into balls the size of a bun.
Roll out each to an oblong shape.
Spread with nut filling and roll up like a jelly roll.
Bake 20 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
Makes 3 or 4 rolls.
