Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 1/2 green peppers, halved and cleaned
    1 or 2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients well.
    Stuff peppers generously with meat mixture.
    Place in casserole.
    If you have meat left over, roll a few meatballs to put in around the peppers.
    Heat tomato soup with 1/2 can water and 1/2 can milk.
    Pour over peppers and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
