"Fish And Chips" Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Pat fish dry.
    Mix soda and vinegar.
    Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour and salt mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Dip fish into batter.
    Fry about 3 minutes.
