Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. broken pecans (optional)
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; add well beaten eggs.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, allspice, salt and soda to first mixture.
Add vanilla, chopped apples and pecans.
Bake on sheet pan or tube pan for about 50 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
Bake at 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0.
