No-Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 c. water
    1-1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Put 1 c. water in large bowl.
    Add butter, salt, and sugar. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. water plus a pinch of sugar.
    Add to the bowl with other ingredients.
    Beat 1 egg and milk together and add to the bowl.
    Add flour to form stiff batter.
    Cover and let rise 15-20 minutes.
    Divide into muffin tins or form rolls.
    Makes 18 rolls in tins or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
