Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin together until light.
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Spread batter in an ungreased 9 x 15 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool, then ice with cream cheese icing.
