Incredible Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 cup flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cup coarsely shredded carrots
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, and pineapple. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
    Add to pineapple mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in carrots and walnuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.
