Orange Blossom Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix with pudding
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 (5.5 oz.) pkg. sugared orange candy slices, minced fine
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
    2 drops yellow food coloring
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients in cake mix.
    Coat mini muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
    Fill cups about 2/3 full and bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 minutes.
