Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. cream, heated
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, diced and sauteed
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 slices bacon, fried and drained
    pie crust
Preparation
    Fold in heated cream, eggs, onion, cheese, bacon, mushrooms and green pepper.
    Mix together with dash of salt and pepper. Pour in pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
