Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk (1 can evaporated; rest regular milk)
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into two (9-inch) pie crusts. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
