Turkey Or Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold chicken or turkey, cut up
    1 box Uncle Ben's white and wild rice
    1 pound fresh mushrooms or canned will do
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chicken or turkey broth
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour. Let stand before serving, as it will thicken up some.
    The rice absorbs the liquid.
    (I put water chestnuts in mine and I put the parsley and pepper on the top.
    I have already added a little more rice and then a little more juice to make a little more.)
